Tłı̨chǫ Property Management (TPM) is looking for a Property Management Coordinator to join our team located in Behchokǫ̀, NT,
Purpose of the Position
To provide assistance with ensuring that company administrative and operations functions are being performed effectively and efficiently, and that clients and customers are receiving excellent and timely support and customer service.
Reporting to the Property Manager, the Property Management Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing administrative assistance and maintaining a professional relationship with all of TPM's clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with tenants, with the goal of providing superior tenant relations interactions, both personally and through the on-site team.
- Approve and receipt purchase orders.
- Ensure all properties are managed and operated in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Keep track of work orders and update on property management software.
- Follow up on outstanding work orders.
- Inventory control.
- Work closely with the Operations Supervisor and Foreman to anticipate and respond to the requirements of job tasks.
- Ensure that property and lease files are properly maintained and kept up to date in accordance with company policy.
- Ensure projects and properties are managed in accordance with the approved scopes of work.
- After hour on-call emergencies as required.
- All other duties as required.
