Completion of TG Staff Housing Initiative - Phase 6

For the past four years, TPM has been working on the TG staff housing initiative to provide staff housing in all the Tłı̨chǫ Communities for TG and Tłı̨chǫ Community Services Agency (TCSA) staff. All the homes are prefabricated modular homes that are 22’x76’, 40’76’ and 16’x 76’. These homes are a combination of duplex properties (2 bed, 1 bath each side), full homes (3-4 bedroom, 2 bath) and fourplex properties (2 bed, 1 bath each unit). TPM brought 26 units into Behchokǫ̀, Whatì, and Gamètì for TG and TCSA staff housing.
The project included:

• 1 new fourplex home (4 units) – Rae
• 1 new fourplex home (4 units) – Whatì
• 1 single wide home – Edzo
• 1 new duplex ( 2 units) – Edzo
