Tłı̨chǫ Firefighting Services (TFS) is 100% Indigenous Owned by Tłı̨chǫ Investment Corporation. We are currently accepting applications for our seasonal firefighting project located in the four Tłı̨chǫ communities: Behchokǫ̀, Whatì, Gamètì, and Wekweètì. 

Type 1 Firefighter/Alternate Firefighter

As we all use extension cords at work and at home, we have some tips for the use of them. The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) estimates that each year, about 4,000 injuries associated with electric extension cords are treated in hospital emergency rooms. About half of the injuries involve fractures, lacerations, contusions, or sprains from people tripping over extension cords.

Lac La Martre Adventures is owned by Tłı̨chǫ Adventures (a subsidary of Tłı̨chǫ Investment Corporation). This remote fly-in fishing lodge is located on its own island in Lac La Martre; in the Northwest Territories.
