Tłı̨chǫ Adventures Ltd. is 100% Indigenous owned by Tłı̨chǫ Investment Corporation. We are currently looking for a Two Housekeepers/Servicers to join our team in Whati. The Full-time position will be scheduled Monday to Friday and the Part-time position will be scheduled Saturdays and Sundays.
Scope:
The housekeepers will be responsible for providing day to day quality hospitality services and excellent customer service. You will ensure customer service standards and performance targets are achieved.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing rooms, bed turnover, reset and general cleaning of between 10-12 beds.
- Vacuuming of common areas, general wipe downs, and serving lunch.
- Doing laundry and ensuring all towels/linens are properly stocked
- Ensuring all rooms are cleaned and inspected prior to guest check-in
- Providing basic housekeeping duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and cleaning and sanitizing motel rooms and general areas.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven experience as housekeeper
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Ability to speak the Tłı̨chǫ language an asset
