In August 2021, TEES started construction at North Arm Park of a campground that accommodates 15 camping sites close to the lakeshore. the work being down consists of:
- built12 new RV parking sites
- New access road connecting to the camp sites
- Cleared new area for infrastructure being set up
- added security shack and washrooms in 2022
