Chief Executive Officer Announcement

On behalf of the Board of Directors, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Gruner to the position of Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) for the Tłı̨chǫ Investment Corporation, beginning October 23, 2023.

Paul is a familiar face to many. Having been in the role of President and CEO of Det’on Cho Management LP, he led the company to produce consistently exceptional results during his five-year tenure. Most recently since his departure from Det’on Cho, Paul has held the role as Tahltan Nation Development Corporation’s CEO.

Reports to: Operations Superintendent

Term: Part-Time Permanent, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-12:00pm, and Monday-Sunday on-call outside working hours for Behchokǫ̀ Motel emergencies, no 4-hour call outs.

Monday Safety Share #18 - Slips, Trips, & Falls.

Slips, trips, and falls are a major source of workplace injuries in the Northwest Territories and Nunavut every year. Between 2017 and 2021, over 20% of WSCC claims were caused by slips, trips, and falls. Falls caused by slips and trips often lead to sprains and strains. In the worst cases, these incidents can result in traumatic injuries.
