Paul celebrated the success of industry and Indigenous partnerships for having the capacity to build up Indigenous people and businesses. “Those partnerships are transformative”, he added, and described how Indigenous businesses can mature—growing their offerings, adding new clients, and developing along with the mine cycles and see their clients through closure. “What could be better than an Indigenous company being part of restoring the land?”
