General Administration

The Tłı̨chǫ Investment Corporation Administration team works hard to ensure that customer service standards (both internal and external) are top-notch, while also ensuring that all the administrative needs and expectations of employees, management and the Board of Directors, are met or exceeded. 

Upon entering our corporate office building in Yellowknife, visitors and clients will always be met with a smiling face, clean and inviting atmosphere and helpful service. 

Services that our Administration team provide, include:

  •  Staff travel administration
  •  Management of office supply inventories
  •  Oversight of office cleaning contract
  •  Oversight of office 'Go Green' initiative (composting, recycling)
  •  File management
  •  Organizing meeting logistics/arrangements

In addition to the general office administration, our team includes a social media/communications/marketing branch, responsible for:

  • Website administration and maintenance 
  • Both internal and external communication material development/distribution
  • Corporate branding
  • Social media account management and administration (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)

Once complete, this collaborative partnership will have helped reduce diesel use by about 51 000 L annually and kept 138 tonnes of carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions from entering the air!
